Description:
Tremco 440 Tape is a 100% solid polyisobutylene-cross linked butyl, pre-formed sealant. 

Tremco 440 Tape is used for non-compression glazing vision lites and spandrel panels in PVC, metal and wood frames, in low-rise building and house construction. 

Tremco 440 Tape is also used for lap sealing between panels such as steel, aluminum and porcelain as well as a variety of other joints subject to shear between similar and dissimilar materials. 

Unaffected by Ultra-violet light through glass. Remains flexible at low temperature. 

Also may be used by automotive manufacturers for sealing door panel vapor barriers. 

Density: 1.50 0.05 grams/cc.
